i) it displaces so many people from their native places.

ii) it also effect the habitation of so many aquatic animals due to which fisher man get poor.

iii) it also make so may people poor by submergeing so many agricultural land.

iv) sometimes it failed to prevent from flood.

v) it take a large area to build and so many houses were destroyed.

due to this all reason people people join such movement.
