Oxygen is transported from lungs to the body cells in the form of oxy-hemoglobin. ... The two main gases exchanged are oxygen and carbon-dioxide. Oxygen is absorbed by the blood capillaries from the lungs alveoli by diffusion while carbon-dioxide is absorbed by the lungs alveoli from blood capillaries by diffusion.

Hey..!! Here Is Your Ans..
How ⓞⓧⓨⓖⓔⓝ and ⓒⓐⓡⓑⓞⓝⓓⓘⓞⓧⓘⓓⓔ
transported in HUMAN BEINGS..
In Human air passage in lungs divide into very small tubes with blink sack like structure called ALVEOLI.
These Alveoli provide a surface where exchange of gasses take place. The wall of Alveoli contain extensive network of Blood - VESSELS.
The blood bring CO2 of rest of the body for release into Alveoli while the O2 is taken up by the blood transportation of all the CELL into the body.
Human blood contain respiratory pignent called HAEMOGLOBIN which has very afinity for O2 from air in the LUNGS and carries it to the TISSUE which are diffuse into the CELL of TISSUE and CO2 from the TISSUE into the BLOOD PLASMA and return back to the LUNGS.
