here's ua answer :
____________________________________
Rest and motion are two relative terms and an object can be in motion and rest simultaneously for different observers. Example: in a moving train, a person sitting is at rest with respect to the train. While for the person standing outside the train, the same person is in motion as the train is moving......

Answer:

Motion is related to perspective of vision. If you are travelling in a car, with respect to  the driver of the car, you are in rest as your position inside the car is not changing. If another  person observes you from outside according to that third person you are in motion. For him  your position is changing with the car.
