Hy there,
By developing the right habits, you can effectively reboot your mind and work more efficiently.
1. Sleep effectively - minimum 6-8 hrs.
2. Drink plenty of water. Atleast 8 glasses in a day.
3. Eat healthy.
4. Say NO to junk food.
5. No smoking, no alcohol.
6. Exercise regularly.
7. Do what makes ur mind fresh - be it watching movies, webseries, listening songs, dance, art, anything u like.
8. Talk to your mother or father regarding ur problems.. Remember ur mom nd dad are your best friends... Ek baat bolta hu smjh aaye toh achi baat hai... Agr kal ko koi problem ho jaati hai, toh koi frnd nhi aaega saamne, but ur mum dad will always stay with u..
9. Share everything with ur mum/dad.
10. Keep no stress in brain.... Puri zindagi pdi hai stress k liye yaar
11. I always listen to punjabi songs, whenever i feel low or feel sad and talk to my mum...
12. It has been proven that talking to ur mum when in stress, releases hormone and helps in calming down.
Remember -
No one can go back and make a new beginning, but one can start today and make a new ending- Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji.
Also, never overestimate other's brain power, and don't underestimate your brain power.
