In Non-optical aids, they include (i) tactual aids (the student can use their sense of touch ; then the visually impaired can learn to read and 2write by using a special touch system called Brallie. This make them use of raised dots on a paper.) (ii)Auditory aids ( visually impaired can learn skills by sense of hearing i.e include audio like computer, calculator.
Next is Optical aids: these include lenses and telescopic aids can help them to view class demonstration and the blackboard.
