The pancreas are glands situated in the upper abdomen.
1) Pancreas control the blood sugar level in the body by secreting hormone insulin and glucogen and act as an endrocrine gland.
2) Pancreas secreate enzymes to break down the carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and nucleic acid present in the food and act as an exorine gland.
