(i) Under the phenomena of power sharing, powers are shared among different social groups, the religious and linguistic groups or among other weaker section and women.
(ii) This type of power sharing signifies giving accommodation in the government and administration to diverse social groups in order to uplift their status.
(iii) Minorities are well accommodated through the reserved constituencies in assemblies and the parliament of our country.

Hello there!!
Here is your Answer !!!
Hope this Helps !!

Power can be shared among different social groups such as the religious and linguistic groups.

eg; Community government in Belgium.

In some countries, legal arrangements are made where the socially weaker sections and women are represented in legislatures and administration.

eg: reserved constituencies in assemblies and the parliament of our country.

This type of arrangement is meant to give space to those social groups who otherwise would feel alienated from the government. Its used to give the minorities a fair share in power.

Regards :)
All the Best ^-^
