Hey, there!!!

THE DIFFERENCES ARE:-

1) Prokaryotic cells do not have a membrane - bound nucleus but the eukaryotic cells have a membrane bound nucleus and other membrane bound organelles.

2) Prokaryotic cells are unicellular and eukaryotic cells are multicellular.

3) Prokaryotic cells do not contain mitochondria but the eukaryotic cells contain them.

4) In Prokaryotic cells transcription occurs inside the cytoplasm but in eukaryotic cells transcription occurs inside the nucleus.

5) Endoplasmic reticulum is absent in Prokaryotic cells but it is present in Eukaryotic cells.

Hope this helps.
