Jammu and Kashmir, As we know is one of the areas which have been indulged in prolonged war between India and Pakistan for acquiring the soil. It's also considered as the most sensitive borders in the world mainly due to the high invasion of terrorist. But now since Article 370 which provided special status to the state has been scrapped, The central government has eased the restriction on the citizen of other states from buying your own property. This was not provided by the earlier constitution of Jammu & Kashmir. But still people fear from settling due to the high movement of terrorist in the valley.
