There's not a "first man" or "first woman". Evolution act slowly, with small changes. If you put all male (or female) ancestral from a certain person in line, from today to, maybe, 20.000 generations in the past, with the modern person being the last, the first one probably will be a lot different from that person, and probably will not be Homo sapiens, but you cannot pinpoint the generation where the lineage of that person became H. sapiens.

If you traverse this row of ancestral, you will see small changes accumulating, with every person in the line being almost equal to it's parent and son (or daughter). It's like a "morphing" video, where two adjacent frames have little difference, but the first and last frame are very different.
