Science can be referred to as a modern myth. In early ages, we required myths to satisfy our curiosity but now because we have science, it will help discover new more things and will satisfy our curiosity without any myths.
In the next few decades, science will be having the same impact that it has now – one side will be leading us to development, whereas the other side will be revealing problems fatal to the human species.
On the better side, keeping in mind how fast the awareness about the depletion of our natural resource, pollution and climate change of the weather is spreading, sustainable development will and has already started bringing about inventions and technology to prevent the resources.
What we can expect is major sustainable projects. However on the flip side, science might be responsible for causing social disruption and problems, and economical misbalances.
