self esteem means jab humko apni worth ka pta hota hai hum apne aap ko poori tra say samjte hain .aur self confidence means jab humko confidence ho ki hum yeh kaam kar sakte hain. agar humere andar self esteem hoga humko pta hoga k hum yeh kar sakte hain. tab toh humre andar self confidence hoga.
