Only a healthy man enjoy life to the fullest. So a man must spend enough time maintaining his health through exercise, nutritious diet, wholesome habits and meditation.

Man has immense latent talents in him. Much contentment depends upon bringing those talents to surface and using them for the betterment of the self and others. Man must spend enough time and energies honing those talents.

Reading is a great skill building activity; man should spend enough time and energy reading great books.

Lastly, life has a divine and spiritual dimension. Man must spend enough time and energy exploring this divinity.

In conclusion it can be said that man must spend his time and energy on good things only; otherwise he will have to regret at the close of his life.

He can spend time with lonely people longing for companionship. A man can also utilize his time and energy by indulging in activities like social service or charity.
