I've used Al-Kashi's Law of Cosines of a triangle here to find the lengths of the diagonals in a parallelogram.

Hope this helps you in the attachment given, also from this now it's very easy to also prove that the diagonals won't be right bisectors in general but be only bisectors of each other.
