how spherical mirrors are made

Spherical mirror is made by silvering a piece of glass, which is a part of a hollow sphere

well... it goes like this... 
sand and silicon is put together and then burnt at hight temperature. then the liquid obtained is poured onto a mould of the correct shape... then its coated with silver or aluminium on the opposite side of the reflecting side. you probably need this information for a project........
