slope of line joining two point (a, b) and (c, d) is (d - b) / (c - a)
So here slope joining A and B = (12 - 4) / (2 - 6) = 8 / (-4) = -2
If slope of line L = m then, slope of line parallel to L will be (m) and slope of line perpendicular to L will be (-1 / m)
So,
Ans (1) -2
(2) 1/2
So here slope joining A and B = (12 - 4) / (2 - 6) = 8 / (-4) = -2
If slope of line L = m then, slope of line parallel to L will be (m) and slope of line perpendicular to L will be (-1 / m)
So,
Ans (1) -2
(2) 1/2
