Rhopilema esculentum and Rhopilema hispidum are edible jellyfish, and are the most common ones consumed in China, Japan and Korea. Additional edible jellyfish species include Aurelia aurita, Crambionella orsini, Chrysaora pacifica, Lobonema smithi, Lobonemoides gracilis and Nomura's jellyfish (Stomolophus nomuria).
