How tensions affects lungs in human body?

it creates hypertension in our mind.... if mind is damaged then absolutely not only lungs ' all body parts are affected...... but lungs are affected the most........ hope it helps us....

in tension our heart beat is fast and our breathing also fast so lungs do rhythmic very fast
