the places near the sea shore is neither to hot,nor to cold i.e is has a moderate climate. its because of of 2 things...1)land breeze 2) sea breeze....in the morning, due to the rays of the sun, the land gets heated up faster than the sea..hence there is a low pressure created above the land and the air above the land rises. now, the air above the sea moves towards the land.this is called SEA BREEZE. due to this, theres a moderate climate.at night, the land gets cooled faster than the sea. now the air above the sea is heated and a low pressure is created above the sea and the air above the sea rises.hence the air above the land moves towards the sea . this is called LAND BREEZE.so hence the areas near the sea shore is neither too hot nor too cold.hope this helped pl mark as brainliest
