First of all sperms are formed by the testis then these sperms are carried by the sperm duct to the Urethra which is contained in the penis. The penis transfers the sperms into the female. The vagina in female receives the penis of the male this is called copulation. During copulation the sperms are released in the vagina near the cervix of the uterus. The sperm actively swim with the help of their tails and pass through the cervix into the cavity of the uterus. From the uterus they climb up to reach the oviduct and only one single sperm gets fertilised with the ovum(egg) it is know as fertilisation .

A baby is born either by surgery of cutting stomach or pushing the baby out and getting it out through vagina. After baby is taken out, most of them cry and the pipe joining the mother and baby which gives it nutrition is cut, then some women or girls breastfeed it by giving the mother milk through their breasts.
