How the consumers can practice right to safety

if any shopkeeper gives the material or sell to consumer.and consumer when reaches at home found it as not a good material.when consumer go back to shop and ask the shopkeeper to take it back.but shopkeeper say this is not our product.so then consumer can complaint the shopkeeper. this is the consumers right. he can appeal tjis in court also .

  • If any shopkeeper sells a product to a customer and he/she feels that the product is not up to the mark or they are not satisfied with its material, quality, functions, etc, they can ask the respective shopkeeper to exchange it or take it back and return the money.
