excessive use of social media and technology is proving harmful​ in following ways

1. Students applying for boards including me are getting addicted to this things

2. due to social media we are being separated from above without parents and relatives as we doesn't talk to them.

3. As we are on the mobile phone for more than an hour it leads to the harmful effect such as Brain Tumor and headache to a brain and also RF radiation.

4. It also cut off a person from actual world to the virtual world the best example of this is pubg

5. as we share our personal information on the Facebook Instagram and Minnie all the hackers and the ISSI community takes advantage of it and the most victim of this becomes the Teenage group.

Misuse of time,developing habit of watching obscence material on internet, increase in cyber crimes, persons become self-centred an autistic , people are becoming more voilent due to wrong cartoons and games, people are becoming more dependent on machines, self-reliance is on the decline
