• Do nof have a large no. of movie clip at the stage because each movieclip barely contain 4byte of memory
• If you are having more small movieclip for decorating your buttons of having filter of your movieclip then replace those with the image
• If possible try to use Flash CS6 because it avail spirite sheet concept for animation it can reduce considerable amount of size of your file
• If possible try to load the sound file from the server to reduce the size.It can take few seconds/minutes to tolerable
