Explanation:

Humans are increasingly influencing the climate and the earth's temperature by burning fossil fuels, cutting down forests and farming livestock. This adds enormous amounts of greenhouse gases to those naturally occurring in the atmosphere, increasing the greenhouse effect and global warming.

A number of human activities are contributing to global warming.

1) Burning of fossil fuels- over the past century, the burning of fossil fuels like coal has increased the concentration of CO2.

2) Deforestation-plants and trees are the only sources of oxygen. They take in CO2 and gives out oxygen. The mass deforestation has caused a drastic increase in the atmospheric CO2 since there are not enough trees to absorb all the c02 and gives out oxygen. This is one of the major contributors to global warming.

3) Industrialization - industrial activities of the modern world has raised the atmospheric CO2 from 280 ppm to about 400 ppm in the last 150 million years .
