president can be removed from his office through the process of impeachment. A party presents a bill in lok sabha (lower house) if it gets two-third of the majority then it goes to rajya sabha (upper house). if it passes through both the houses then the vice president signs it. then the president is removed from the office. Till date no president is impeached from his post in India. Impeachment can happen of judges, vice president and president only.
