➡ Some people say that Universe is not expanding and some people day that's Universe is expanding.........So what's the reality behind this .

The answer is that UNIVERSE is vast !! It's Enormous and YES !! »» Universe is Expanding !!!

It's not like Scientist have any accurate Mathematically derived expression that Universe is expanding but After a very Long and rigorous and amazing Law's by Great Scientist and their Amazing Research it's found that Universe is Expanding .

RESEARCH BEHIND THIS :-

Many great Scientists have been researching about this one of the first and Most eminent is
" EDWIN HUBBLE " his Hubble's Law is famous for Expansion of Universe

The Doppler Effect is the proof that the universe is expanding.  (( Remember that here Doppler's Effect is of Light ones !! don't think about sound ones ))

♦ A general fact is that => As the Universe expands, mass and time are converted to length and space and vice versa as it contracts.

♦ You have Been heard a very common name behind Expansion of Universe that is " RED SHIFT "

➡ YES → During a period of expansion, an observer in this universe would see an odd kind of change in the " red-shift " of bright objects such as Type-I supernovas, as they accelerate away. 

♦ Our Universe is expanding at a very fast rate

==> Long back in about 1929, an astronomer, Edwin Hubble discovered that the universe is expanding. Once scientists understood this they realized that it would have been really small at the previous time. At some point in the past the entire universe would have been one small point. Thus it is believed that there was a Big Bang that led to the expanding universe. Astronomers believe that there are three possibilities that the universe can end up with.

==> It can either go on expanding forever, or may be at much much later time stop expanding and everything stays where it is. The last possibility that they ponder over is that there might be a Big Crunch antagonistic to the Big Bang when the entire universe will collapse. And then there comes another Big Bang.
