don't let them affect you...just ignore them..they will find problems in everything and discourage you from doing your work ...they are ones who will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

so.......acccording to me ill suggest u to just treat them with love and care and try to make them happy ......that may convert their negativity in +tivity...
