no ,I think we should not do any other activities while eating food .let's take an example :suppose at the time of studying we never do any other activities ,so that we can just concentrate on studies nothing else. like that only we should not read newspaper or use smartphone while taking food ,some doctors says that it has some invisible waves that causes harm to our body .
