how to add color in mercury witch chemical used​

If you are talking about the color of mercury, this is it. When the Mercury mix with Sulphur, it produce reddish color. They always used in thermometer in old days. But because it is toxic, people change to use alcohol in glass type thermometer which offer the same performance as mercury one.
