a) Steps to add image in PPT:

1. Click on the slide you want to insert an image in.

2. Click on Picture option in the Illustrations group under Insert tab.

3. Locate the picture from your files.

4. Click open.

b) Steps to add movie in PPT:

There are two options to insert movie clip: Insert tab and Title and content layout option. Let us write wrt Insert tab.

1. Select the slide on which you want to add movie file.

2. Click on movie clip option in Media Clips group under Insert tab.

3. Select Movie from File if you already have a movie clip in storage. Or select Movie from Clip Organiser if you wish to choose movie from inbuilt PPT software.

4. Open the movie.

c) Steps to add audio in PPT:

1. Click on the slide you wish to add audio to.

2. Click on Audio Clip option in Media Clips group under Insert tab.

3. Two options appear: Audio from File and Audio from Clip Organiser. Select any one to continue.

4. Open the audio clip.
