Just try to notice that person n then give hint to him/her that ur interested in that person by living small cute msgs in sticky notes(if possible)

it's not girly thing... n it's not mentioned anywhere that only guys should approach first... its like if u love someone or u have interest in someone then it's not wrong to take first move to realise that person about ur interest to them

come out from her friends list and become the special. Listen whatever she says if ur interested or not interested also. Treat her the way she wants to be treated. This may not work for every girl.
