Just ask Question simply and you will see 2 options right There( In the bottom list). The first one is for Camera and another is for exporting from gallary.
You can select either of them and attach an image with your question!

On the bottom left, you can find three icons which include camera, gallery and voice recorder. You can choose from those. If u want to upload the image then go to the gallery and select the desired one.If U want to take the picture then go to the camera.
