how to attain peace of mind in the midst of exams? How to avoid this kind of tension? Is it good to sleep at 10pm and get up at 2:30am or 3:00am to study or revise?

Wel to attain peace during exams .....music and doing physical labour is the best thing to do....as it makes us calm down ....it makes us feel refreshed.....Wel...yes it is a good timing ......cause our body needs at least 5-6 hours to rest ....u should just increase one more hour in Ur sleep time..
Morning is the best time to study...
Go for a walk or cycling at morning u will probably feel happy ........but just don't take so much tension as it leads to depression.....be calm....

Meditation would help to attain peace of mind.If we study daily we can avoid this tension.It is not good to sleep a 10 pm and get up at 2:30 or 3:00 am.If we sleep at 8:00 pm we can wake up at 2:30 or 3:00.
