Answer: You can avoid yourself from bad addiction by the following methods:-

a. Changing your association: You must change your friends circle. When we keep hearing the same thing (usually outdated trash in the form of gossips) then our mind accept whatever we hear and sees it. It then accepts the trash thus, we later start thinking about trash. For an example: If you have friend's circle which talk alot about attraction between opposite genders then due to keep listening the same thing over and over again you'll start thinking about it unconciously/subconciously and start doing your actions accordingly to attract people and may also become attention seeker. Thus, You must change your friends' circle and try other ones out. It may help alot.

b. Feed new better programms to your mind: As we grow from our childhood to teenager we see and observe many changes into this world whether its about studies or reality. Those who have received bad programming from media or from their enovironment, they need to feed better programms to their mind. (Here, programms means whatever we recieve through our five senses - Eyes, Nose, Skin, Ear and Mouth.) You must feed things to grow for an example if you want to grow in your education then you must it food which is NOT spicy and MUST NOT be eaten after 3hours cooked. You must listen to your classes briefly and ask doubts as through your mouth.

In easy words, You must learn to navigate your five senses to better things which would help you grow and most important thing growing is so easy you have to help others too in that process. Studies have shown that when we generally help others we feel 20 to 25% much happier than before.

c. Take Break and Breath peacefully: Genrally, In this rushing life most of have even forgotten how to breathe properly. Some people breathe through their mouth which makes them more tired without doing much work. We must breathe through our nose to the count ot 1, 2, 3, 4 and breathe out to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. We must exhale more it makes our mind more calm then before and helps us to looks at our life third person perspective to the reality.

Breathe is related to each and every emotion when we cry our breathe changes, when we laugh our breathe changes when we get angry our breathe change. If you learn to mange your breathe then you can manange any situation of your life very easily.

Love is not an addiction. People have abused this word love so much. Its actually attraction which is the problem which is increased by the media the songs that we listen, the people we hangout with , the movies that we watch they all have make us believe the meaning of love as the meaning of lust.

When we genrally serve people without expecting anything from return from them then you can actually feel love through their blessings. Love increase as per the time passes and lust is only about the skin and outer layer of the human body.
