How to be an early riser ?

Hi there!

I have been an early riser from last 5months. i even wake up at 2am and it is very relaxing and normal.

You MUST have aReason as big as your life to wake up at 4am.

For example, I want to establish my career on the Web and my brain works best in the Morning.

So, i made adjustments.

The better part to tell is that waking up at 4am used to my dream from 6-7years but I could never keep up for more than a few days.

The only way is to have a reason on which your life depends as long as you want to.

Like, if you just decided that Sports is where you want to put your career in into. So,youjoin an Academy where coming early at 5-6is the rule.

Once you enrol for a year or two, you will naturally wake up at 4am.

And, ya the Winter Cold still cannot STOP you.

This is because you are going to have days where you wake up at 5 or 5.30 , but having a whole lifestyle like that would help.

Ofcourse you need to eat around 7and eat at 9. That's a big change for people who wake up late.
