but i have one trick "practice"

u have to learn the formula first then solve the question ina relaxation mode . don't overeact if u solve a question. before solving question .say to ur mind that u can do it. and start with simple question then level 2 and level 3

u have to give time to maths

if u don't give then u will think that math is a burden or math is ghost
