To be perfect in Mathematics for competitive exams practice 2 hours Mathematics daily. For competitive exams R.D. Sharma and R.S. Aggarwal book is best. Practice with ICSE book also. Because its question patterns is very good. You can take the help of your teacher or join a separate tutor. You can join coaching also because it reflects how much you are good in Mathematics. You will know how you will have to prepare.
