Here's the answer !!

Moderators are people having some extra privileges other than normal users. Some of their privileges are :

1. Deleting Vulgar and incomplete questions.

2. Deleting incomplete and spam answers.

3. Deleting Vulgar Profile pictures.

4. Deleting comments, etc.

To become a moderator there are 3 stages. They are as follows:

1. Becoming a good user:

You must be a good user by contributing much answers with good explanation. If you do this you come to the second stage.

2. Becoming a special ranker :

After contributing content quality answers you are selected by the leaders to the next stage by series of measures. These measures bring you to the selection of you as a special ranker. Special ranks include brainly star, Brainly Benefactor, etc. After  this you are selected to the next stage.

3. Becoming a full fledged Moderator:

After contributions as a special ranker, if the leaders are impressed you get to the next rank called Ninja. To become a moderator you first undergo training. If you pass the training by completing the targets assigned, you get to become a moderator.
