suppose you just have 7days left to stay alive.you will definitely find a change in behaviour.you won't indulge yourself in fight instead you will speak politely no matter who it is.its just because we don't want to waste our life arguing.try to control anger.if someone is fond of arguing with you allow them to do so and let them see that change.whenever you gets angry count from 1-100 or think about your favourite music
