Regular and daily exercise..

Good sleep.

Taking healthy food.

Engaged your self in any work.

Do daily exercise.

Always try to concentrate which u like most

Listening music and see motivate videos.

You can perform meditation and yoga to boost your brain. But if they seem like a big bloated difficult activity then let me tell you that its not. Its as effortless as breathing and beautiful too. But still if you don't want to perform them, then you can just simply go through the following ways:

1) Try and do interesting tasks: This will differentiate you and you’ll soon be known as the person who creates things rather than replicating them.

2)  Write stuff down: Maintain a diary and update it every day. Before starting work, write the tasks for the day and stick to that task list. It helps in organizing your thoughts.

3) Get out of your head: If you have a habit of thinking too much, then break it.

If you try them out then at first your mind will wander but after 3 weeks you will find change in yourself.  

I would like to add up one more thing. If you love to dance then you can enjoy it during your free time. This will boost your mind as well as make your fresh and active. Its an exercise thus will increase your stamina too. You can also play your favorite outdoor game, when you fell bored or tired. This will help your mind to come out of the daily problems and w+ill make you fresh
