try to read atleast two page of book......ex....story .....ramayana...etc.....do exercise to be fit....try something new......learn self defence..........play with family.....make a dairy of ur self.......try to complete the syllabus....all the best

keep the concentration on ur goals
if bored read books and control u r anger
this will help u too bulid good habit
this is also my habit to bulid good habits
