First you have to learn how to spell program and then , how to spell create,after learning all of this open any c language book try to learn the grammar of the language, in computers it is known as syntax and then learn different functions and their usage.Start from basic and gradually up your level.If you do all this you will be able to learn how to use c in a jiffy.
