Construct perpendicular AD

it is an equilateral triangle so perpendicular is also the side n angle bisecter

Now, BD= a/2

Q is the centroid of an equilateral triangle so AQ:QD = 2:1

AQ = √a² - a²/4

AQ = a√3/2

so, QD = a√3/4

Now, BQ = √a²/4 + 3a²/16

BQ = √7a²/16

BQ = a√7/4

This is ur ans....

Plz mark brainliest!!
