a. do series both ends at 3 ohm thingi so 6 ohm each

   then do parallel at both ends  so 3 ohm both ends

   now at both ends again to series you get 6 ohm each

   at last you get three 6 ohm parallel resistors so you get 2 ohm

b. try b on your own dont ask others so that you can get

   i hope that you understand as i cant type so much
