to calculate the electric bill
step1: find number of watts per day.
step2: convert watts into kilowatts.
step3: find usage over a month period
step4: figure out the cost.
for example :
if the usage is 375watts per day convert it into kilowatts by dividing with 1000.
we get 0.375kilowatts per day.
we can findthe usage over a month period by multiplying with number of days in a month. if we take April as an example, number of days is 30, if we multiply 0.375 with 30 we get 11.25kilowatts per month.
to find the cost we have to multiply 11.25 with the cost for 1 kilowatts.
