first calculate the concentration of OH^- ion by the formula;moles =conc×volume

then negative log of that will give you p^^OH then subtract it from 14 to get pH value

Molarity=No of moles of solute/Volume in liters

            =2 x 10^-3/2

            =10^-3

pOH=-log[10^-3]

        =3

therefore, pH+pOH=14

                 pH=14-pOH

                      =14-3=11
