Take the antilog of the value so obtained

I will explain you with an example

Let be X is the number whose square root is desired.

√x = x¹/²

Taking logs,

Log (√x)= log  (x¹/²)

Using log aⁿ = n log a

log(√x) = 1/2 log x

Therefore,

√x = antilog (o.5 log x)
