when 3 is added to denominator and 2 is subtracted from numerator of a fraction become 1 upon 4 and when is added to the numerator the denominator is multiplied by 3 it become two upon three

please someone solve this question step by step

let it be x/y.
so,
x-2/y+3 = 1/4
and , where is the second statement.....of ? added to the numerator...

For the 1st equation , take the numerator to be x and denominator to be y . Now make an equation starting like this: x+3/y-2=1/4 and cross multiply it
Again make another equation starting like this: x+6/3y = 2/3 and now compare these two equations and you will get the value of x and y
