How to calculate the frequency of an alternating current?

By using the formula, vE = v2l2/l1, calculate vE with observations 2 to 7.

Record these values in column 4 of the table.

Find mean of above six values of vE.

Then, frequency of alternating current, v = vE/2

Use n= (1/2l) √T/mew, for each set of observation and then take the mean. Compare it with standard frequency(50Hz).
