The gravitational force between a mass and the Earth is the object's weight. Mass is considered a measure of an object's inertia, and its weight is the force exerted on the object in a gravitational field. On the surface of the Earth, the two forces are related by the acceleration due to gravity: Fg = mg.

there isn't any formula for calculating gravity of earth
we only have for gravitational force between two masses which is f=g*m1*m2/r^2
and acceleration due to gravity of earth is 9.8 m/s^2
which can be calculated by another formula a=m*g
anyhow for your information
higher the mass that a planet has higher will be the gravity it has and that's the reason why black holes have huge amount of gravitational force
black holes have mass beyond our imagination
